A simple way to find a moment of mindfulness to help you start your day right.
Now we're back in lockdown, how will you be starting your day to keep your mind and body in the best place?
If you don't have a reason like walking the dogs to get outside, then you could try the following idea to get a little moment of mindfulness to kick-start your day:
Whatever the weather, stand outside and look up.
If you've got the time you could have your morning drink outside. It's a great way to get out of your head and gain some distance from any worries or stresses that are there, even if it's just for a few minutes.
If you haven't got a garden then you can open a window and stick your head outside instead. :)
Why not try this for a week and see if it makes a difference to how you feel at the start of your day?
